I would highly recommend Natalie for any CPD training or coaching. These sessions were fantastic! They were detailed, included in-depth sector knowledge and were incredibly interactive. The sessions allowed my staff to express their concerns and fears without judgment. They left feeling confident in their work and with our imminent Ofsted visit. The sessions allowed me to see where staff were in their development and what training gaps we still had.
Natalie was patient, calm and always on hand to offer any ad hoc advice to me, especially when it came to dealing with uncomfortable situations with staff. Her approach was/is always professional and knowledgeable and I have found her to be incredibly trustworthy.
I am pleased to say that since implementing Natalie’s strategies and training, we have had our Ofsted visit and have now gone from a 3 to a very high 2 (only one area to develop!). I have since booked Natalie to deliver further training to our staff as we are now aiming for Outstanding.
